The Samplit platform

One platform. Every step of the event.

From the first request to the final report, Samplit keeps the people, the calendar, the products and the data together. Suppliers, distributors, retailers, agencies and brand ambassadors all work in one place.

Calendars & scheduling

One shared calendar per store, controlled by the retailer.

Every store has its own month-by-month calendar. Retailers open or lock any store and any month, approve the requests they want, and nothing lands on the calendar without their say-so. Reps and agencies see live availability instead of chasing dates by email.

  • Month, week and day views
  • Retailer-controlled locks and approvals
  • Live updates when anything changes
  • Print-ready monthly view for the back office

Mobile app · Brand ambassadors

Their month, set from the phone. Their events, checked in on arrival.

Brand ambassadors tell Samplit when they can work from the app: a full day, the first or the second half, or their own hours, day by day for the month ahead. Managers staff the events from that availability, and the ambassador’s day runs from the same app: today’s event with the store, the brand and the hours, upcoming events, open events nearby to claim, and the check-in button that appears when the app sees them at the store.

  • Month availability: full day, first half, second half or custom hours
  • Reminders when the month opens, so nobody is left unstaffed
  • Today and upcoming events, with the brand and the store
  • Check-in that starts when you are at the store

Staffing & availability

See who can cover what, before you assign.

Brand ambassadors submit their availability each month from the app. Managers see availability, distance and past events next to the event itself, assign with one click, and the platform warns about conflicts and sends the notifications for you.

  • Monthly availability windows with reminders
  • Distance and preferences next to each event
  • Conflict detection on every calendar
  • Assignment and changes notified automatically

Reports & approvals

Reports your clients actually read.

Every event ends with a standardized tasting report: tastings, units sold, consumer feedback and photos. Managers review reports from a queue, approve them or send them back with a reason, and the finished report goes to the right supplier, distributor and retailer contacts with a confirmation number.

  • Standard format across every event
  • Photos and consumer comments included
  • Review queue: approve or request changes
  • Delivered to the right people automatically

Key positive feedback
“Great flavor! People were definitely curious about how a gin could end up caramel color and taste like bourbon. They loved it! Great for sipping, a Manhattan or with tonic.”
Additional feedback

The flavor, the colour and the little burn at the end made it a great product; everyone enjoyed it. Most of the traffic came between 4 and 5 pm, next to the whisky aisle.

Dashboards & analytics

A dashboard for every role, and the numbers behind it.

Communication

Never chase anyone again.

Samplit sends the email or text at every step: a new event, an assignment, a reminder the day before, a change or cancellation, an availability window opening, a report ready for review. On the day, ambassadors can reach an automated help line if anything comes up.

  • Email and SMS at every lifecycle moment
  • Reminders and change alerts
  • Branded templates
  • Automated help line on event day

Products & brands

Every event starts with correct product data.

Suppliers keep a product library with packaging options, categories and brand media. Each event names a primary brand plus secondary and backup brands, so the ambassador walks in knowing exactly what to pour and what to say.

  • Product library per supplier
  • Packaging options and categories
  • Primary, secondary and backup brands per event
  • Brand media for ambassadors
